Steaming Services
Our bridal prep-service includes linting, pressing and steaming your gown and accessories just before the wedding. This service also extends to anybody else in your team, whether that be your bridesmaids, the groom, parents, or friends. Steaming is a gentle way to remove creases from large, delicate or awkward garments. It is especially suitable for wedding gowns that feature many fabric layers or surface embellishments.
Prep-service prices range from £8-£29 and are discounted for group bookings. Our prep-service is also available for prom wear items and general occasion wear.
Gown Storage
If space is a problem prior to your wedding, you can leave your gown with us. For less than £5 per week your gown will be safely hung, or box stored for as long as necessary. This service is especially useful when moving house, renovating, or lacking safe space away from children or pets.
Bridal Dressing
Our dressing service is designed to make your wedding day that little bit easier. This service will be designed around your individual needs and can accommodate a range of different situations. Our service includes:
- Steaming of your gown, veil, and any accessories prior to the wedding
- Steaming of the bridesmaid dresses
- Dressing of the bride, from the underwear up
- Dressing of the bridesmaids and any other member of the bridal party that may require assistance
- A timescale for the morning of the wedding from which we will liaise with your hair/make-up artists and photographer
- Assistance from the bridal suite into cars
- Any last minute or emergency spot cleaning and sewing jobs that arise on the big day.

Our dressing service starts at £149, and prices are based on the location of your wedding and the number of people to be dressed.
Underwear, Petticoats & Essentials
Correct supportive underwear will provide a firm foundation on which to shape and fit your gown. If you’re not sure where to start, we can offer advice on smoothing pants, shapewear, and slips.
Based on our experience with previous brides we have handpicked a capsule collection of underwear solutions that offer support to the torso, hips, and thighs. All available to order in studio.
Plunge fronts, scooped backs and illusion panelling present a challenge when trying to find a suitable bra. We can offer some clever stick-on bra solutions without a strap or fastening in sight. And we also offer boob-tape and nipple-covers for ladies who go without.
If your bust needs modesty or shaping assistance, we can offer a range of sew-in cups and discs that can be inserted into the gown itself. We have different shapes for different gowns and offer a range of sizes and colours too.
To prevent visible pant lines, we offer a range of bridal basics. Simple, budget-friendly underwear solutions that prevent lines or texture beneath your gown. These are available as a brief, thong, or shorts.
Bridal gowns can be worn supported or un-supported, depending on the silhouette you desire. Certain types of gown are best worn with a hoop or a net petticoat, or both. And there are different circumferences and shapes for different gowns. We offer a sizing service and can order the correct type of hoop or petticoat, with prices starting at £35.
We sell extra-long, breathable dress bags and a range of bridal-suitable hangers.
We sell a range of on-the-day essentials to ensure your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible. Whether it be hooks for fastening delicate buttons, gel cushions to cosy your feet, or sweat guards for your dress-underarms, we have you covered.
If your gown has a long train, you might choose to bustle this for the evening, or simply use a wrist-tape. Another option is to buy a train pin, with a range of designs available in studio.
And don’t forget your garter. If you still need one, we have a choice of budget-friendly options, and they even feature your ‘something-blue’.
Gown & Veil Cleaning
Sample Gowns:
We know that sample gowns often come with tell-tale signs that other ladies have tried them on. Make-up, tanning cream, under arm deodorant marks, grubby fastening areas and dusty hemlines. Although a good bargain, sample gowns sometimes need a freshen up and a bit of love to get them looking and smelling gorgeous again.
Check with your boutique first, as some will arrange for their gowns to be cleaned prior to a sample sale. Others will sell-as-seen, in which case you might wish to arrange laundering before the alterations process begins.
Feel free to chat with us about what your gown requires. We can offer two in-house options:
1. A spot-cleaning service for small specific areas of your gown. This is not suitable for silk fabrics but can be successful with most others.
2. A water based immersion cleaning service. Especially good for lifting dust and tackling a range of different marks or stains.
Veil Cleaning:
Veils are especially delicate and a blushered veil may collect make-up or hair product. Longer veils may suffer grass stains and drink spills. Heirloom handed-down veils can be discoloured or engrained with dust. Our veil cleaning service can therefore be booked before, or after, your wedding and if there are repairs or a new hair comb is needed, we can do that too.
Preservation Boxing
After your wedding, you will probably wonder what to do with your gown. Box storage is a safe and compact way to store your gown that doesn’t require lots of wardrobe space. Box storage will allow your gown to be stored under a bed, on top of a wardrobe or on a shelf and can help to prevent UV damage, discolouration and damage from moths.
If you don’t have a suitable box of your own you can choose a sturdy, breathable one from our range. We offer a standard range and also an environmentally friendly lux range, with various colours and sizes.

Additionally, we offer a packing service, carefully folding and wrapping your gown and accessories with acid-free tissue. Ready for collection for £19.
